GTA IV vs. Saints Row 2

Do you think GTA IV would be better if it had more cheats? For example, Saints Row 2 has loads of cheats but GTA IV has alot less. Here's my question to you. Would GTA IV be better with lots of cheats like Saints Row 2 to use after you've finished the game (or during the game if you want!)or would it ruin the whole realism of the game?
